COVID-19 Patient & Community Info

Madison Health recognizes the important role of visitors in the well-being of our patients. Our goal is to promote healing in a caring and compassionate environment.

Our current visitor policy:

Visitors:
The following patients are allowed two (2) visitors:*

  • Inpatients (during designated hours – 8am until 8:30pm)
  • Outpatients
  • Urgent Care

The following patients are allowed one (1) visitor:*

  • Emergency Department

* These restrictions are subject to change within each department, based on volume, patient condition, etc.

Masking Policy:

Masks are no longer required at our facility; however, please wear a mask if:

  • You have symptoms of COVID or other respiratory infections (I.e. running nose, cough, sneezing).
  • You have been diagnosed with COVID within the last 10 days.
  • You have been exposed to someone with COIVD during the previous 10 days.
  • You are visiting someone in isolation or COVID or other respiratory illness.

If you do not have a mask, one will be offered to you.

Entrance Hours:

  • Main entrance – Open weekdays from 7am until 5pm.
  • Emergency Department entrance (facing Park Avenue) – Open 24/7.
  • Park Avenue Medical Building entrance – Open during normal operating hours.
