Madison Health offers cancer treatment services including diagnosis, surgery and chemotherapy. Our oncology patients have access to the most advanced treatment options available. Our patients can receive outpatient chemotherapy, PICC lines and antiangiogenic therapy.

In 2014, we teamed up with one of the nation's leading cancer care providers, The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James), to provide medical oncology services. Because of this relationship, patients at Madison Health will have access to the latest in medical oncology care, delivered by a cancer expert from The James, right here in our community.

We are pleased to have Joel Rice, CNP and board-certified advanced practice nurse, on staff at the Madison Health Cancer Center. He provides care to patients each weekday and credits his own diagnosis for the desire to care for others courageously battling cancer. Rice is engaged in the local community and facilitates the cancer support group for patients, survivors, and supporters.

The group is facilitated by Joel Rice, CNP and sessions will be held the fourth Thursday of each month in the Park Avenue Medical Building Conference Room, located at 55 Park Avenue in London.
