Our oncology patients have access to the most advanced treatment options available. Our patients can receive outpatient chemotherapy, PICC lines, infusions and injections.
The Madison Health Infusion Center provides outpatient infusion, injection, and line management services to patients across a wide range of medical specialties—including oncology, rheumatology, neurology, gastroenterology, and infectious disease.
We care for patients referred by Madison Health providers as well as those from outlying clinics and health systems. Whether you’re receiving long-term therapy or a one-time treatment, our team ensures you are supported, comfortable, and confident in your care.

How to Refer a Patient:
For Madison Health Providers:
Submit an Amb referral to Infusion and include a complete order with medication name, dose, route, frequency, premedications, PRNs, and any labs or parameters.
For Outside Providers:
Fax signed orders to (740) 845-7045 with:
- Relevant labs and provider notes
- Insurance and demographic info
- Contact information for questions
We will contact the patient once all prior authorization is secured.
