Mona Flax Breast Cancer Endowment Fund
The Mona Flax Breast Cancer Endowment Fund (MFBCEF) provides no out-of-pocket cost* screening mammograms for Madison Health services for all patients, regardless of need. Patients will be first directed to an outside agency, the Breast Cancer Cervical Cancer Program. If that organization does not cover the cost of the mammogram, the MFBCEF will provide the assistance.
The MFBCEF fund also provides financial assistance to qualifying patients for additional diagnostic testing and/or treatment of Breast Cancer.
*If a patient receives a bill for a screening mammogram, they may contact Patient Financial Services at 740-845-7033.
Heartfelt Patient Care Endowment Fund
This fund provides financial assistance to qualifying patients for diagnostic testing and treatment of other cancers or serious health conditions.
Madison Health’s Patient Financial Services Coordinators work with patients to determine eligibility.
